Password and Login Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security protection of your password and log in details.

Leighton Road Surgery shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your login details and password.

Electronic Prescribing

We are now using Electronic Prescribing, which means you can nominate a chemist to request your medication for you and where your prescription will be sent.  There is no need for you to come to the surgery to collect it.

Prescriptions can be ordered via our online services or by using the prescription counterfoil; tick the items you need and return this to either of our sites or your chosen chemist.

If you have lost the counterfoil you can fill in a prescription request form at reception or dispensary.

Some chemists will offer a delivery service for housebound or elderly patients; see your chemist for details.
