Depression, Anxiety & Stress

Young Persons Wellbeing Navigation Service

Mind BLMK are excited to be mobilising a brand new service for young people aged 16-25 who reside in Central Bedfordshire. The Young Persons Wellbeing Navigator Service will offer bespoke support around mental health and wellbeing aimed at preventative work and supporting young people through challenges in managing their wellbeing and effects of various different life transition points. This will be delivered in the form of 1:1 session’s where young people have a chance to explore and co-produce an action plan to address their short and long term aspirations and goals to improve their mental health & wellbeing as well as identify & address the barriers and challenge’s they are currently facing. The service strives to promote independence, whilst offering a safe environment, tailored support, information & guidance, alongside community linkage and signposting designed to enable and equip young people with the tools, skills & knowledge they need to improve their mental health and wellbeing. The service hopes to be live and accepting referrals at the end of April 23 for the service to officially start from the first week of May.
